Call Woods and Woods right away
I can’t thank Joseph Woods and the staff/paralegals at Woods and Woods enough for their consistent determination to get my case in front of the Board of Veterans Appeals. Moreover, the constant contact I had that was initiated by the case managers was timely, consistent and encouraging as Woods and Woods worked to get an increase in disability for me and the designation as individually unemployable. It took a while, but it got done and I am forever grateful to them for their professionalism and dedication to help wounded and broken veterans who need help.
I would (and do) not hesitate to recommend Woods and Woods every time I meet a vet who feels left behind by the VA. I frequently come in contact with other veterans at the VA Medical Center where I receive care from the VA, that are searching for help. I have always firmly believed that the VA is not in the business of granting disability to veterans who were injured in their service to America, but rather in the business of preventing them from receiving the disability they deserve. Whether injured in combat or in disastrous accidents in peacetime, disabilities that occur as a result don’t go away and typically increase in severity. If you were injured while serving this country and are reading this review, I encourage you to contact Woods and Woods right away. [They] are always standing ready to assist veterans in need.
