About Content Marketing Coordinator
Create compelling content for the firm’s website, using SEO and marketing best practices to generate leads for the firm’s network of referral partners.Essential Functions
- Develop and Execute Effective Content Strategies
- Develop clear and engaging web content that supports business goals and meets audience needs at every stage in the buyer’s journey
- Work with co-counsel coordinators to understand priorities for content production for the firm’s referral practice areas
- Use project management tools to manage and communicate about production schedules
- Create and Maintain Website Content
- Write and publish compelling copy for blogs and webpages
- Create simple web-friendly graphics
- Follow established style and brand guidelines
- Work with co-counsel coordinators and monitor reliable sources for timely updates in the firm’s referral practice areas
- Support the Marketing Team
- Communicate with the marketing team about business goals and priorities
- Collaborate on cross-channel content strategies
- Work with the SEO manager to implement best practices in web content
- Cross-train on other marketing tasks and serve as backup for other team members
- Adhere to all professional rules and ethical guidelines for marketing in the legal space

Compensation
From $24.68/hr
Required Education and Experience
- Minimum of a high school diploma, some college preferred.
- Experience in technical writing or writing professionally for blogs, publications, or websites.
- Experience with web content management systems preferred.
- Previous content marketing experience preferred.
- Understanding of SEO best practices preferred.
- Experience with WordPress, photo or graphics editing, Google Analytics, or SEMrush a plus.
